Winter is coming...and we want to keep our home safe from fires!
This Fall and Winter Cornwall Meadows HOA has negotiated a rate for annual chimney and dryer vent cleaning with our friends at No Choke Chimney.
Home owners may call No Choke Chimney at 845 264-9384 (mention Cornwall Meadows)
and they will offer both services for $150
(CASH ONLY/ regularly $100 a service).

Home owners must provide a proof of service (Certification of Compliance or receipt)

It is the homeowners responsibility to keep up with yearly chimney and dryer vent cleanings. Once cleanings and inspections are completed please send proof to management to assuring your unit is in compliance.

DRYER VENTS
Please remember to send a copy of your receipt to management once your dryer vent cleaning is complete.
In addition many units are not in compliance with current code updates. Vents are not properly vented outside and maybe in disrepair. To see if your units not in compliance please contact management.
